“One World, Many Stories” Summer Reading Program!

Registration is now open for our 2011 Summer Reading Program (SRP)!

Summer Reading Fun!

We are gearing up for some great fun this summer at the Library.  This year’s Summer Reading Program (SRP) will be “One World, Many Stories.”  We will visit another country every week, through stories, maps, games, and maybe a snack or two.  Children must have completed kindergarten to participate, and those up to 5th grade are welcome to join the fun.

SRP is a great way to keep kids reading skills sharp over the summer.  We encourage the children to pick books at or above their reading level, and they get to show off their accomplishments on their own sticker poster.

The SRP group meets every Wednesday beginning June 22nd at 1:00.  Please try and stop in the week before to register your child.  There is some paperwork and we need to update their library card.
